We are seeking an entry level Estates And Trust Associate Attorney to become part of our team! This is a great opportunity for an entry level attorney to learn under an experienced Estate, Tax, and Trust Attorney! We are open to candidates right out of law school if you have experience or a desire to specialize in Estate and Trust planning. You will draw up legal documents and advise clients on all aspects of their estate plans, wills, and trusts.

Responsibilities:

• Product delivery and client service
• Drafting estate planning documents
• Reviewing paralegal drafts
• Servicing existing clients, reviewing documents and providing legal analysis
• Assisting clients with new estate planning and trusts
• Litigation support such as research, drafting, discovery review related to lawsuits
• Represent clients in court, but you will not be expected to handle mediation/litigation or go to trial
• Advise clients on business and legal transactions
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
