Allison Carter is an attorney at Harrison Estate Law, where her practice focuses primarily on probate litigation. A graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Allison also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Women’s Studies from the University of Florida.

Before joining Harrison Estate Law, Allison gained valuable experience in both corporate law and elder law. This diverse background provides her with a broad perspective and a unique skill set that she applies to her current practice. Her understanding of business, aging, and family dynamics enables her to approach complex estate and probate matters with both strategic insight and compassion.

Allison is deeply committed to the human side of estate planning and probate. In her probate litigation work, Allison is passionate about advocating for her clients and ensuring that justice is achieved when a loved one’s true intentions have been compromised. Outside of practicing, Allison and her husband—whom she met while attending law school in Gainesville—enjoy life in Gainesville with their beloved golden retriever, Charlie.
