Megan McFadyen is a central Florida native with a strong background in client service and court administration. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Florida Atlantic University and brings over 15 years of professional experience to the Harrison Estate Law team. Megan has worked extensively with the Eighth Judicial Circuit Court, handling a wide range of case types. She also has many years of experience in customer service management, building a strong foundation in communication and operational support.

In her role as Executive Assistant to McCabe Harrison and Director of Contingent Probate Litigation Strategy, Megan supports the firm’s probate litigation efforts behind the scenes, assisting with client relationship management and strategic initiatives. Outside of the office, she enjoys following University of Florida athletics. She is also a Miami Dolphins and fantasy football fan and enjoys spending time outdoors, especially off-roading with her family.
